A greylisting Sendmail MILTER which utilizes a backend MySQL database to
manage the greylist.  Be sure to set up your MySQL database and configure
relaydelay.conf, relaydelay, and db_maintenance.pl accordingly.

To activate this in your Sendmail installation, use the following M4 line
in your .mc configuration file and rebuild your sendmail.cf/submit.cf files.
   INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`relaydelay', `S=local:/var/run/relaydelay.sock, F=T, T=S:1m;R:2m;E:3m')dnl

Additionally, utilize the db_maintenance.pl script within cron to keep the
database backend optimized.
